It would be very misleading to simply present a checklist for Wyoming as there are only nine species that fly throughout (T) the state. Many more species have limited ranges, some in the extreme southeast (XSE), some in the southwestern one-fifth (SW 1/5) of the state, etc. A couple are mere strays whose appearance anywhere would be extremely rare.
